How do you access the front grill of a car to change a turn signal bulb?

Pop the hood on your car and see if there is any way you can stick your hand down to the back of the bulb. The bracket will usually turn and then the bulb and bracket should slide out. Then you must pull the bulb straight out from the bracket.
