How do you talk to a ghost?

You must be psychic in order to do this. I am psychic, but yet, ghosts talk to me, I do not talk to them. To be psychic you must believe in yourself and meditate daily. I became psychic like 3 days ago when I heard objects moving when nothing was there. I asked my friends if they heard it and they said no. I asked my mom and she said im psychic. You never know, you may be able to talk to ghosts if you do this.
