How do you response when a guy said i like you?

Do they mean they like you in a romantic way? Do you like him too? If you do then just say it back! Don't listen to anyone saying you've got to treat em mean to keep em keen or that you should play hard to get, it's just silly. Just say what you feel and don't play games. if you don't like him back just appologise and tell him the truth :) hope this helps
