take zyolytes to remove the poison. drink ionised water. take ginko and brami. take b vitamins and c bothe can be found in a lypospheric form. also germanium132 chelated (organic same thing). hydergine this is not hydrogen. and heavy as you can go cardio without killing yourself. cut out as much animal product and replace it with fruit and veg in your diet.
