Megan McDonald is an author best known for the Judy Moody book series. She was born in 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She started her writing career as a children's book author in the early 1990s, with the first Judy Moody book published in 2000. Since then, she has written numerous other books in the series and continues to be a popular children's author.
