Being a resident of Alaska I'm very qualified to answer this question. It's without much question in my mind that you'd have the right to apply for unemployment benefits under these circumstances. The fact you weren't able to pay your bills for all the life supporting purchases you were entitled to has no bearing on your entitlement. Referring to Alaska Statute 64.53.e1 and Michigan 94.142 and Public Act 192. you're actually entitled to additional monies due to the hard ships undertaken by having had to endure the Chapter 7 bankruptcy embarrassment.
