Ho to write Letter of reply in show cause notice?

The sales target set for KL from Jan to Aug 2011 is 236.

JB team has achieved only 100 up to today, 29 August 2011.

This is 42% of the total sales target.

The total sales from Jan to Aug in 2010 was 200 registrations but for the same period in 2011, has achieved only 100 registrations.

This is only 49% of what achieved last year.

I am very concerned about the leadership in the Sales Department in now.

Your main task is to lead the team to meet sales target.

Your performance up to now is questionable and not up to the mark.

Are your sales staff doing the 100 calls per day?

Are they arranging at least 1 to 3 face-to-face consultation with potential students daily?

Are there house visits to close sales?

Are you in the office to monitor and coach your sales team at all times?

Are you focused on meeting sales target?

I am demanding better commitment from you to ensure the Sales in improved immediately.

We expect at least 50 PTPTN submission from JB team in this 15 September 2011 Batch.

If this is not delivered again, we will be issuing a showcause letter to you as the HOS in for non-performance.
