How do you get nail polish off an animal?

ok first of all, why would you put nail polish on your dog in the first place, i dont mean to be rude but COME ON LADY, SERIOUSLY CANT YOU GIVE THIS POOR DOG A LITTLE DIGNITY?????

ok im done, but i think regular nail polish remover would do the trick
