In World War 2 what was called Mad Luto?

Mad Luto was the name given to the moving of markers that represented radar contacts around a plot board in a British plot room. Each marker represented either Allied Unknown or Hostile radar contacts. Forward observers radioed their contacts back to the main control room and the contacts were moved accordingly.
