How many animal abuse cases has there been in the past five years?

About 10 million animals were found abused last year.

Animals shouldn't be abused. You can help the animals by adopting and donating food, money, toys, etc. If you do adopt and animal, please treat them with care.

Around 15,000,007 animals were neglected and/or abused last year(The original author says it was 2008).
It happens alot, in fact it happens too much, it's really quite sad, the last I have herd of is when somebody cut the ears off of a puppy to use for a bait dog now that made me cry that was totaly unnessasary, VERY sad='(
