there is no food that will just fill you up so you don't eat all day if you are trying to lose weight drink 1 20oz bottle of water every hour on the hour durning the day up until about five or six meals like 1. a plain oatmeal microwavable packet with a bannana cut up in it 2.yogurt or granola bar 3.tuna sandwhich with a fruit 4. special k cerael 5. grill chicken with green beans and corn 6. rice cake i use to just eat like a can of corn or beansor something as a snack
