No. Vitamins are only one part of what your body needs to maintain itself; anybody eating only vitamins is at serious risk.

Other important things include protein, to build and repair muscle and flesh; carbohydrates and fats, to give cells the energy they require to function; minerals, which contain things like sodium and calcium, to help your organs maintain themselves and do their jobs; fibre is also present in most diets and assists your body to keep everything moving through the digestive system, where you can then process and use all of the above.
