Does one need to belong to a union to drive a truck for Kroger?

Depends on who has the trucking contracts in the region you're in. Here in Colorado, Domenico has that contract, and they're not union. Other parts of the country, the carrier might be union.
Kroger has their own trailers, but they don't have their own trucking fleet - it's all third party carriers.
