If you want a good supplement of protein in a drink, then I suggest buying whey protein at your local store and blending a mixture of milk, fruits, vegetables (optional), and 1 scoop of whey protein. Other than that, I am not sure of any others. That's what I do after exercising. A very unique blender that I use is the HealthMaster, and it works very good if you are in need of a good blender, then check it out online.
