How do you find out if a camper trailer is stolen?

find out if the person selling it is black, just kidding america.. haha. but yea check the frame vin and body tags if they match up, missing paperwork cash only, and if the seller cannot accurately answer questions on how to operate different components or they're locations. Also a sure sign is if the person offers a cash only price that is way freaking awesome then you get there and they is no camper just a gun pointed at you.
