What is the FBI standard duty holster?

"The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Don Hume Leathergoods [...]. The FBI requires a quantity of seven hundred black Glock 22 right handed holsters, one hundred black Glock 22 left handed holsters, four hundred brown Glock 22 right handed holsters, and one hundred brown Glock 22 left handed holsters. [...] The FBI has determined that the Don Hume holster, H726-P, contains a combination of the above features that meets all of the requirements per MIOG 12-12 and this combination of features is not available in any of the other holsters considered and tested."
