I have the Yamaha terrapro 300cc ATV with pto AND it has to be charged every time we use it because it loses it's charge AND the battery is new and so what is the problem?

you have an closed circuit somewhere in the wiring

it is easier just to dis-connect the positive battery connection when you park it
