If you really wanna break your arm here are six ways to break your arm/wrist
1.Bang your thumb bone against metal
2.Have someone push you down
3.Put your arm streight out and have someone push it down
4.Smack it as hard as you can with a hammer trust me it doesnt hurt
5.Put your arm/wrist under a garage door and let the garage door squish it
6.Throw a 50 lb. dumbell on your arm that doesnt hurt either
