Nowhere. Although Washington and Colorado have theoretically "legalized" it under state law, as have many others for medical purposes, it remains illegal under federal law, and, while federal authorities may have decided - for the time being - to step back from the marijuana trade in Colorado and Washington, they could come down on both states like a ton of bricks on the matter at any instance they chose to do so.
