Who was the woodpecker Prince?

Istvan Harakaly (or von Harakàly) was a Hungarian prince (prinz/groef) <there were several princes, many actually, not to be confused with the head of state king>

Anyway, prince Harakaly had a bunch of woodpeckers,of which he was quite fond, living in his castle. When his wife demanded that she would leave if he did not run them out, she was banished to a small millers cottage outside of the castle. He then became known as the woodpecker prince. And woodpeckers were given his name.
