What is the importance of equality in customer services?

If you treat some customers better than you treat other customers, there will be jealousy and resentment. This is especially true if you treat a whole class of customers better than a different class, for example, if you treat your male customers better than you treat your female customers. That would cause enormous resentment. Not a good idea.
