Does attitude affects the clinical performance of the student nurses?

Most definitely, it's your bed side manner. Your attitude is part of your therapeutical communication skills (being emphatic, good listener). This is very important because nurse spends more time with the patients than the physician. Sometimes patient more willing to tell the nurse their problems than to the physician because they spend more time with the nurse and develop trust.
