How old is strawberry shortcake?

Depends. In the very first Strawberry Shortcake cartoon it states that she is turning 6. In the first season of the 2003 version, by the appearance she seems around 8 or 7. In 2007, the 4th season, the characters are driving, but seems around the age of 12 to 14. It is unknown in the new 2011 version. It all depends. But from what I observed she seems to get drastically older each season. Hope I helped!
