If at all, the the alveolar sac of the lungs, bronchioles of the lungs have been extensively damaged, then the wound cannot b healed and therefore the bleeding cannot be stopped/treated. If it is due to mild slits/wounds2 the stomac, lung or foodpipe, it can b treated by a combination of drugs, antibiotics, surgery, etc. It also depends on how quickly d victim gets d medical help.
