How do you tag cavemen in zoo tycoon 2?

If you buy a glacier and place it in an exhibit, a part of the glacier will melt down. About half of the time, a caveman is unfrozen with it, and will start walking around your zoo like a guest. You may have to buy a few glaciers to get one with a caveman in it.
