What are three reasons for the disappearance of unemployment in the US?

In the United States during WWII, with the men off at war, the women could now work at factories producing materials needed for the war effort. Production which had been stagnant was suddenly operating at maximum capacity. FDR ramped up spending and it became a civic duty to have a job.
