What are the advantages and disadvantages of southwest airlines?

Advantages: Cheap flights, every employee is courteous , free drinks , free snacks, check-in online , check in on your phone, no change fees, free bags, they only fly in the us

Disadvantages: No meals available to purchase( but you get as many peanuts , or other snacks) , 3rd bag is $75 , no international flights
