What is Penne Ala 'Arrabiata?

Penne a l'Arrabiata is an Italian dish.

Penne is a type of pasta, a hollow tube like macaroni but smaller, with the end cut off diagonally, so it looks like a pen nib. ( hence the name penne )

All'Arrabiata ( "in the enraged one's style") means that the sauce is spicy ; it contains chilli.
