How do you move blocks in the basement of the goldenrod city mall on gold?

I can't answer exactely, but the only thing I did was changing my pokémons (Nidorina-Sudowoodo) in Bill's PC and qhen I came back some of the blocks just were another place! Weird... When I came back there, some of the blocks were just in other place. Weird... NO--- GO to the third switch, turn it on. Go to the second switch, turn it on. Go to the first switch, turn it on. Easy.
