How can i have my car DVD player play DVD while driving?

In car DVD players often have an interlock to prevent them being played while the car is being driven. It is there to ensure the driver is not distracted while driving and should never be removed from a car installation. Not only can it cause danger to the driver and others around him, it is also an offence in may jurisdictions.
