Of course the Ultraflex Fitness works - but, like most fitness products, it only works if you do!

The principle is not new or unique - in fact, it's very similar to one of the groundbreaking early fitness products, the Bullworker (for those old enough to remember!). The Ultraflex works via dynamic muscle tension, in many respects the same as doing similar static exercises - press-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc.. What is fairly unique (in my opinion) is that you have a product which is small, discrete, quiet and very simple to use, and it does give you the ability to target multiple muscle groups and specific body areas. It's also very convenient and, I believe, reasonably priced in comparison to other products in the market-place.

A few simple and obvious truths (and apologies if this sounds like preaching) - if you excercise (in any form) regularly, the muscle groups you use will tone up and your health will benefit. You clearly don't need the Ultraflex to achieve this, but it is a mechanism/tool that will assist. Eat right, and your weight will normalise. Combine a good diet with regular, general excercise and any muscle toning and/or weight losswill speed up.

The weight loss claims in the TV commercials and accompanying literature, as always, sound impressive but are accompanied by the usual "as part of a calorie-controlled / low fat diet"...which, lets be honest here, isn't rocket science. The advertisements (as with most similar products) gives the viewer the impression that the weight loss you will enjoy is an effect of using the Ultraflex...however, an unavoidable truth to all those who are unhappy with their weight is that losing and controlling your weight is, for most people, 20% down to excercise and 80% a result of diet.

So, to answer your question directly - yes, the Ultraflex does actually work if you use it as directed and wish to tone your muscles.
