Does the fourth commandment require us to obey all those who lead and serve us except when they direct us to do something that is morally wrong?

The fourth commandment is not about obeying all who lead and serve us it is about keeping the Sabbath or keeping one day a week set aside to meet with other Christians to pray and worship.
