What dinosaurs were still alive during time of Jesus?

Honey, Jesus and dinosaurs did not coexist. The last of the dinosaurs went extinct about 65 million years before Jesus was even a twinkle in his mother's eye. So, unless Jesus had a T-Rex as a pet that we don't know about, I think it's safe to say there were no dinosaurs roaming around during his time.
