Well for me...buy this house that's for sale for only 20,000(to get my girls into a better neighborhood) use 2,000 to do the needed work and the rest put in the bank incase of a unexpected situation accrues say just do what needs to be done in your life,but make sure you have some left over in case of any unexpected situation.hope this helps you.
