If your only in 7th grade how do you get an 8th grader to go out with you?

It really does not matter on the grade.

But, you can start by hanging out with some 8th graders; popular ones, too. Always be sweet, though, don't act like your "hot stuff" or "super cool". No one likes a show-off.
