Are giraffes body mostly covered with furfeathersscales or skin?

Giraffes have VERY short hairs on their body. Also they have a tuft of slightly longer hairs on their tails. They also have a line of hairs running half-way down their necks. And females have little fluffy hairs that sit on top of their horns. Males do not. They also have hair on their tongues to aid in eating Acacia trees.
