Who needs a food hygiene certificate?

Managers, Food handlers, Chefs, Caterers and Restaurant Personnel are the ones who are required to take Food Hygiene Training and Certification. This course is designed to teach them about proper cleanliness and preparation of foods. This is also required by different State of Departments for Health as part of licensing requirements and certifications.
