How do you install a kick down cable on a 1999 Vitara?

Remove negative battery cable

Disconnect plastic join at the end of the throttle body link cable

Remove cable loosening lock nut at the cable bracket

Disconnect center cable retaining bracket

Raise and suitably support vehicle

Disconnect inner cable end at the transmission

And then i think you have to drop the trans pan to unhook the cable from inside trans.
