Where do you get recruits on Skullduggery Island?

Your first two crew are the cook and cabin boy from Fort Ridley. The other skilled crew must be hired by paying a one-time fee. They are expensive early in the game, but relatively cheap at later levels.

Shipwright (at shipbuilder, Dragon Cove) - repairs at sea (salary 20,000 doubloons)

Cargo Master (at Willard's Warehouse, Bouffant Bay) - increases cargo space (salary 15,000 doubloons)

Navigator (at Petey's Pub, Parrot Port) - increases ship speed (salary 12,000 doubloons)

Cannoneer (at Cannonry, Pirate Outpost) - increases fire rate of cannon (salary 20,000 doubloons)

The cargo master will help you rapidly earn more doubloons, and the shipwright helps in battles, as does the Cannoneer, who lets you fire again before your first shots land.
