Who married Robert Dudley?

Robert Dudley was married to Amy Robsart, there is rumour he had her murdered because he hoped to marry Elizabeth 1.

However due to the uncertainty that he did arrange for his wife to be murdered he was never able to marry the queen, but approx 18yrs later he married Lettice Knolley, who was the queens cousins daughter.
