There are a few ways to do this.
The one that I used just a week ago on my 2001 Windstar was using a brake vacuum pump kit. Most stores from Sears to Harbor Freight to the auto parts stores carry these. Prices seem to range from about $30-60. (Mine was one of the $30 models)
There's various opinions about the sequence to follow - starting from the passenger rear or drivers front. Not sure if it matters.
NOTE: What everyone does agree on is: NEVER LET THE MASTER CYLINDER GET AIR IN IT! Especially with ABS systems.
