Is flirting okay even if you dont like someone?

BUT they're are crucial rules you need to follow.

If you're a girl its okay to act flirty, but DO NOT mention anything that sounds seductive or compliment on his body. Don't ask him if you think you're hot. That's wrong and called leading him on. But you can just flirt, batt your eyes and what not. that's natural.

If you're a guy, just act like yourself. Don't try to impress her or tell her how hot she looks again, that's leading them on.

But yeah, I'm naturally flirty, and most other people are too, so its totally fine.
