Where is sia barbi now?

Sia and Shane Barbi were placed in somewhat of a modified witness protection program due to extreme stalking and harassment. Shane married and Sia is seen out with many famous beaus, but remains single. The sister continue to use their fame and good looks to promote animal welfare.
