How do you cover spots?

Where I live, and I'm pretty sure where you live too, they sell a cosmetic called 'green concealer'. It is a bright green colour which you put over your spots, and it fades out all the redness in your spot once you rub it in gently. Then you just put a skin coloured concealer over the top of where you put the green concealer. They don't cost an arm and a leg, where I live, good ones cost roughly $4.00-5.00.
