Can dogs walking across bridges make them collapse?

The likelihood of a dog walking across a bridge causing it to collapse is extremely low. Bridges are designed and built to withstand much heavier loads than the weight of a single dog. Factors such as the bridge's structural integrity, design, materials used, and maintenance are far more significant in determining its safety.
