Why has my Mercedes A160 beeped at me on a couple of occasions how do you add coolant or fill radiator is this beep a high temperature warning?

dose it beep and say hi with a pick of oil can on sreen if so i belive it meens to much oil in car mine dose this alot normally up down hills or when braking when oil moves in engine i was told not to worry about it
