Why do latinas prefer white men?

Not a Racial, But Cultural, Issue

I'm caucasian but "race" has nothing to do with it. I think a lot of women want affection and warmth and the Mexican Culture (I can't speak for the other countries) is very warm and out-going. My family moved to North Carolina from Florida and I was so lonely because people were unfriendly and there were times I would have given anything just for someone to smile at me. Then I attended college in Mexico and the guys there treated me like a princess and no, it was not because they wanted to come to the US... I guess there are good and bad in all nationalities, but Anglo-Americans are very cold culture. I wish that people would quit confusing race with culture... it's about a romantic culture and not arbitrary skin colour.

I can't figure out why 50% of whites that married outside their race do so with hipanics, 25% with blacks, other 25 with asians, middle eastern, etc. One would think that a white person would have more in common (culture wise) with ablack person than with a hispanic person, for example, the language.
