Where is the oil drain plug on a 1985 Yamaha FJ600?

look at the below the oil filter. It is a 19mm bolt that faces the front tire. in the center of the bolt it looks like there is a Phillips screw. The bolt is underneath the engine block between the exhaust pipes. good luck!
