What is the capital of the Black Sea?

The Black Sea borders six countries. They are Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, The Ukraine, Russia and Georgia. Their capitals are Ankara, Sofia, Bucharest, Kiev, Moscow, and Tblisi respectively.

The Black Sea also borders the break-away state of Abkhazia whose capital is Sukhumi.
