How many rooks in a set of chess?

There are 4 rooks(original) or more in a set of Chess.

This is because each player gets 2 rooks. Usually, it is 4 rooks, since there are 2 players, but there can be more if it is set to 1v1v1, 1v1v1v1, and so on.
